Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By placing an order with Lazeez, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Lazeez. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", or "you") and Lazeez ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
2. Ordering & Account
To place an order on the Platform, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:
- The menu item is no longer available or out of stock
- The delivery address falls outside our serviceable area
- There is a pricing or description error on the Platform
- Suspected fraudulent activity is detected on the account
Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation with the details. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your order before confirming.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on location, time, and availability.

We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods as displayed at checkout. All online payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners. We do not store your payment card details.
4. Delivery Policy
We strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time displayed at the time of ordering. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, traffic, order volume, and preparation time.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including any relevant landmarks or instructions. We shall not be held liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.
Delivery is available within our designated service area. Orders to addresses outside the serviceable zone will not be accepted.
5. Cancellation & Refund
You may cancel an order before it has been accepted by the restaurant. Once the restaurant has started preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. For COD orders, refund will be provided as store credit or via bank transfer upon request.
6. Food Safety & Allergens
We follow strict food safety and hygiene standards as mandated by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Our kitchen operations comply with all applicable regulations.
Menu items are labeled as VEG or NON-VEG for your convenience. However, we serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items in the same kitchen; therefore, cross-contamination may occur.
If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us directly before placing your order. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photography, recipes, brand names, and software, is the intellectual property of Lazeez or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Platform without prior written consent from Lazeez.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lazeez and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or services.
Our total liability in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions of service resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, power outages, internet disruptions, or government actions.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Udaipur, Tripura, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
